Friends of Thai Daughters (FTD) is a US-based non-profit organization that operates two Children’s Homes in Northern Thailand where hill tribe girls, ages 8-18, reside, attend local schools and participate in many sports and activities to help them grow into healthy, educated and independent young adults.
Our Sunflower Farm in Mae Chan features two outdoor pickleball courts. The courts have portable Swiftnets, solar-powered lights and seating for spectators. The country setting is lovely, with mountain views all around.
Since our Thai Daughters are at school all day, Monday through Friday, FTD welcomes players to enjoy the courts between 8am – 4pm. On weekends, we invite players to Open Play with our Thai Daughters, several of whom have competed in the Thailand Open Pickleball Tournament in Hua Hin.
There is no charge to play but as we are a charity, we welcome donations. Courts are available by prior reservation only; NO DROP INS PLEASE.
